Hanita Coatings’ range of polyester films with heat activated adhesive are ideal for lamination to plastic or metal, enhancing, protecting and transforming substrates, adding gloss, reflectance, color and durability. 
Available in glossy or brushed silver and gold, black or super clear, surfacing films can also combine a hard coat for extra scuff resistance, or a print primer for added versatility. 
Hanita’s proprietary dry adhesives are smooth and resistant to plasticizer migration, and can be pigmented for easy identification.  Metallized films all feature exceptional metal adhesion, improving stress resistance, durability and formability for ease of processing and longevity of product.

Substrate Compatibility:

Metal Coil - 23 µ (1 mil) glossy or brushed silver and gold films, for coil coating lamination for appliances and white goods, reflectors and profiles.

PVC – 12-23 µ (0.5-1 mil) glossy, brushed or matte silver, glossy gold or high gloss clear films for heat seal to semi-rigid or flexible PVC.  Ideal for exhibition graphics or self-adhesive DIY decorative applications.

ABS – 23-36 µ (1-1.5 mil) glossy clear, black, silver or gold films, particularly for picture frame, nameplate and mirror applications.

HIPS - 23-36 µ (1-1.5 mil) glossy or brushed silver and gold films, suitable for mirrors, furniture and picture frames.
