Flexible Electronics
Flexible circuitry is revolutionizing the electronics industry, replacing conventional PCBs and wiring with a light, flexible, and reliable film-based structure.
Unique Technology
Hanita Coatings has developed a proprietary Thin Semi-Additive (TSA) technology for the high-volume manufacture of patterned conductive designs on filmic substrates, providing the core element of a flexible circuit.
Revolutionary Alternative to Etched Copper
Hanita’s TSA flex offers not only advantages in price, performance and volume, but also delivers the fine line-space resolution so sought by the electronics industry. These benefits derive from full reel-to-reel production at the exceptional width of 1150mm (45”), and non-wasteful deposition at the exact thickness and structure required for efficient product performance.
Hanita’s Thin Semi-Additive (TSA) technology selectively deposits pure copper on flexible substrates (PET, PEI, PI or PEN) in precisely shaped circuit designs specified by the client. TSA technology provides an extremely economical alternative to the standard etched copper or conductive ink processes used in the manufacture of flexible electronics.
Hanita Coatings’ patterned conductive flexible substrates service the manufacture of a wide range of flexible circuitry, including:
Thin Antennas
